Today I tried some different ingridients for another healthy type of pancake and it was delicoius!!!
For the Pancakes you need: ( 3-6 pieces = 2 portions)
- 3 eggs
- 4 tablespoons of oats
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 big tablespoon chiaseeds
- 2 mashed bananas
Mix all together until it's smooth.
Then frie in the pan (put a little bit butter in the pan before) and lift after 1 minute.
Then pile up with whatever you want. I took a greek yoghurt (2% fat) 1/2 Banana sliced, 1/2 Orange cut into pieces, heated plums (i froze some in summertime) and heated Strawberries.
